Hip Mama is a reader written Zine. It is the beautiful honesty and daring of the readers who write for us that makes Hip Mama what it is. There is power both in sharing your story and reading the honest words of someone else with an open mind and heart.

We also need black and white photos, that are relevant to the hip mama world. E-mail us some jpegs.

Hip Mama accepts written pieces, up to 2000 words, and short pieces under 250 words by topic. Please refer to the list at the bottom of the page for upcoming issues.

The best way to submit is to e-mail us at hipmamazine@gmail.com with your work as a word attachment.

We may slightly edit your piece for length or clarity.
